How to Place Your Order
There are three convenient ways to place your order with Excellent4kids:

Please call for shipping quotes. Shipping charges vary based on method of shipment, size, weight, and location. All products are drop shipped directly from manufacturers. Most products are delivered via UPS or FedEx. Fuel surcharges may apply. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states are subject to additional charges.
Delivery Lead Times
Most orders ship within 7 to 21 business days. All products are drop shipped directly from manufacturers. Each manufacturer ships on its own schedule and shipment times vary with peak seasons. If your order has items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive separate shipments from each manufacturer. Please call Customer Service if you have specific questions regarding shipping times. Occasionally, backorders and delays occur. Excellent4kids cannot control manufacturer shipping schedules and inventory levels. If your product is not received within the specified time, please call Excellent4kids immediately for assistance.
Before Signing for a Delivery
Please count and inspect all packages upon delivery. Check for visible and concealed damages. Note any damages on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves your facility. You have the right to inspect the merchandise before signing for delivery. We encourage you to do so. Call Excellent4kids immediately with any damage claims.
Pricing Subject to Change
Product pricing is subject to change due to material cost and/or manufacturing cost increases. Excellent4kids reserves the right to correct any printed prices at the time of customer order placement.
All products are covered under the Standard Commercial Warranty. Warranty details vary by manufacturer. If you have a product with a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service department immediately.
Returns – – It is the Excellent4kids policy to complete orders with the customer satisfaction our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please call our Customer Service department for return instructions and authorization. Return authorizations must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original package. Restocking fees apply for all items returned for reasons other than damage or defect. Restocking fees can vary between 10-40%, subject to the manufacturer and/or situation. Please note that Excellent4kids will assist with pick-up and return of returned items. Credits are subject to final manufacturer inspection and authorization of returned items. This process may take up to 4 weeks to complete and issue credit to customers.
Damages – – If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our Customer Service department immediately. Excellent4kids will coordinate with the manufacturer for replacement and return of damaged item.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Authorized purchase orders from federal, state, and local governmental agencies, public schools, and Head Start programs are also accepted subject to credit approval.
